Opened in April of 2010, Sam and Louie's began its journey here in Alliance. Serving the community is what Chris Mills' passion is all about. From helping sports teams and churches to delivering catering to businesses around Alliance and surrounding communities, they have created a restaurant that helps create memories for many events. Both meals came with a choice of soup or salad. We both chose the salad, one Cesar, and one house salad. The pasta was the special for the night. 2 pasta dishes for $20, or with 2 glasses of wine for $25. Prices can be a little high if you don't have the special.

We are open Sunday through Thursday from 11 AM to 9 PM, and Friday through Saturday from 11 AM to 9:30 PM.

Order online and choose pickup, curbside or delivery at checkout; delivery availability and fees for your address are shown there. Dine-in and carry-out are always available.
Can I book a party at the Alliance location?
Yes. This location has a party room for birthdays, team parties, business meetings and celebrations. There is no room rental fee with food and drink purchases. Call ahead for availability.
Does Sam & Louie's Alliance cater?
Yes, we cater business lunches, weddings, graduations and family events. Call the restaurant and we will help build a menu for your party size.
